I was going to join their little club, but then I realized that some of

If you haven't seen it yet, you're not missing much. If nothing else, it
lends credence to the theory that Jack is just recycling his old panels.
It's exactly the same as "Doom Town" except the happy fundie protagonist
is black (well, technically gray...) this time, and there's a G*Y
PREACHER!!1! But, I do think it's better than the last couple Chick
tracts, because it at least eludes to the vast homosexual conspiracy that
controls the police and all the poo-poo, false religions. 3 out of 5
stars.

In this case, would that be the cop with the earring at the
beginning of the story who says, "You devil! _Nobody_ stops my
parade!" as he brings his nightstick down on the anti-gay
guy's head?
Jack's got a pretty loony view of the world, but it seems to
be shifting somewhat; now, it seems to be gay people rather
than Catholics who make up the sekrit cabal running everything
behind the scenes. I'm still wondering who the "commissioner"
is who stops the TV reporter from doing a stand-up in front of
the beating. Is it the police commissioner? The parade
commissioner? Or...THE GAY COMMISSIONER??????????
I will say that TV news' coverage of gay pride parades does
seem to highlight the "normal"-looking marchers and exclude some
of the really cool stuff. You'll recall that I watched some of
the gay pride parade here in D.C. last year and was extremely
impressed by this one shirtless, cowboy-hatted guy who was riding
a mechanical bull on a little trailer being pulled by a pickup
truck full of other shirtless, cowboy-hatted guys. However, the
cops on hand seemed to be more interested in directing traffic
than beating the crap out of anyone. May be Jack needs to get
out of the Central Valley once in a while and see what things
are really like in the real world.

No, the evangelist guy with the little Hitler moustache. In the last two
tracts, he refuted the demon of Evolution by letting us know that
dinosaurs really WERE on Noah's ark. This time, he has to go save Token
Black Guy from certain brainwashing after being beaten by violent

Oh, yeah! These last three tracts appear to be the first three in a
series of creation-related tracts. That's why they're numbered on the
front (where the "J.T.C." would be on most Chick tracts). It's not
just your imagination; these really are the Adventures of
Fundamentalist Hitler Guy.
