The Robin 1 outfit and dad's suit are no longer continuity. The robin suit in
the cave is Jason's, with the inscription "Jason Todd: A Good Soldier". Me, I
still like Dad's outfit, and I draw it in the cave... the trophies have come
and gone, and a full list could go on and on, such as the portrait that hid the
intruder alerts, Ace's mask, blah blah blah
Let's see... Giant dice, giant bowling pins, (a giant chessboard has been seen
as well), The Monk's hood, gavel of Judge Clay, a portrait of Bruce, diary of
Dana Drye, Two-Face's original coin, a chainmail vest, a Riddler question mark,
a penguin, a Buddha statue, the hats of Tweedlee and Tweedledum (Like to see
them show up on the animated show as goons of the Joker), Clayface 1's mask,
the "mask of Matuchima", Deathstroke's sword, various weaponry. Not sure how
much is still canon as of late, but these are most of the "Official" trophies,
at least what I can recall.... of course, one might also count the past
Batmobiles, Whirly-Bats, and the like...

Ah... THE KRYPTONITE RING!! Forgot that one, although if I am correct,
the one Bats has is a phony, and Lex again has the real one... never
found the answer to that.
Much of what I listed is from memory, the rest was from Wizard. It has
been stated that the past cars were damaged from the collapsing garage
door, and that the fate of all the trophies remains to be seen, The
penny is intact, but the robot dino probably suffered, just from it's
sheer size. The current car was speared by rubble, the computers are
okay.
Doubtless in time, the quake will be like it never happened, and artists
will again insist on drawing the trophies (even the ones wiped out). I
know I would... Like I said, I still draw Dad's bat-suit as continuity,
and I also consider Joe Chill to be continuity, even though DC says
otherwise!!

If it's pre-crisis you'd have:
giant penny, robotic brontosaurus, Joker face mask, giant dice and shaker,
giant chess set, whirly bats, bat-inventions like the flying eye and the
bat-robot, Dr. Wayne's costume (burnt as in Untold Legend of the Batman
series), Original Robin costume, Monk's hood, Two face's coin, Penguin's
umbrellas, portrait of Bruce Wayne (shot up), diary of Janet Dyne, Death head's
giant Aztec mask, Mask and cloak of Clayface I, Riddler's giant metal puzzle,
batplane, 40's and 50's Batmobiles, many colored costumes of batman (including
glow-in-the-dark, gold, white and the "forbidden" batman replacement suit)
In the modern batcave, you'd find: Giant Penny, robot T-rex, giant Joker
playing card, giant dice (no shaker), Penguin umbrellas, Two-face's coin,
Deathstroke's sword, Riddler's question mark gadget, Jason Todd's costume, 40's
Batmobile.
Supposedly (according to Wizard) the Monk's hood, the diary of Janet Dyne, the
Wayne Portrait and the mask and cloak of Clayface I are all in there as well,
but many of those tales have never been told in post-crisis continuity, so
their existance is debatable.
Hope this helps,

You beat me to it, Boneyard! :) Saves me the trip upstairs to get the
Wizard... :)

The Wizard Batcave lists the following:
Jason Todd costume, 40's and 60's Batmobiles, Robot T-rex, Giant Penny, Giant
Bowling Pins, Sword of Deathstroke, Mask of Matuchima (deaths head) Portrait of
Bruce Wayne (shot up), Mask of Clayface I, Hats of the Deevers, the little
Buddha, Diary of Dana Drye (sorry for the previous name mix up), gavel of judge
Clay, Monk's hood, Two-face's coin, Chainmail vest, Giant Dice, Joker card,
Question mark, Penguin statue.
In Batman #48, the items in the stories about the batcave were:
Robot T-rex, Penguin statue, Joker card, bulletproof vest, Giant penny, Cannon,
Penguin umbrella (flame), loving cup, Joker jack-in-the-box, Venician gondola,
antique pistols.
From the Batman tale "Brothers in Crime" the items in Batman's Hall of Trophies
were:
Joker mask, Penguin statue, Tiger rug, various guns, decoy duck, Penguin
umbrella (gas), portrait of Bruce Wayne, spiked spring-trap, bulletproof vest.
From the "1001 trophies of Batman" were:
Joker mask, robot brontasaurus, Penguin statue, giant penny, little buddha,
various guns, african mask and spears, a musical note (tone device), giant dice
cup and dice (which is mentioned as from "the gamble with doom" a Joker case,
not unknown as listed in Wizard), an autogyro, giant chess board, harpoon
cannon, penguin umbrella (tangling), the empty trophy case (from "The case
without a crime"), a mummy case, a suit of armor, a statue of the cavalier, a
bell, a hand grenade, the midget mansion from pee-wee town, false face masks.
And in Michael Fleisher's Encyclopedia of Comic Book Heroes (vol 1. Batman) is
listed:
A giant mechanical dinosaur, giant penny, giant Joker mask, bulletproof vest,
Two-face's coin, a trick jail cell used by the Joker and Penguin's umbrellas.
Other items included Batman's special batarang collection, Batman's special
costumes (gold, glow-in-the-dark, white, Batman replacement)
There are other items, but I'm too tired to look for them now!
Boneyard
When I was reading it, I never thought the ring he got back was a fake.
But then, it's been a while since I read it, so I could easily be
forgetting. It had a great cover with the electric Superman standing in
the fore, and Batman atop the coin, with the caption reading "Secrets of
the Batcave!!" or something like that.

Yeah, the latest Batmobile sure was totalled; stalactite through the whole
flippin' car. :) I think we saw the dinosaur knocked over, at least, but I
don't recall how much damage it took. One of the Orbik covers from SotB
illustrated the cave's remains wonderfully.

I almost forgot, if we're talking pre-crisis, there's a Dick Sprang poster (I
think the original was on display at the Words and Pictures Museum two summers
ago, but I could be wrong. . .) anyhow, this site has pictures of it:

If we are talking about post-crisis, I compiled an extensive list a while back,
but seem to have misplaced it... If I ever find it again, I'll be sure to post.
