Saw the teaser poster for new film Evolution today which is allegedly
Ghostbusters meets the X-Files (Duchovny's in it). It is basically of a
smiley face with three eyes.

The question is, are Warren Ellis and the wossname artist on
Transmetropolitan going to sue?

I agree, it seems as though someone's been suffering from lack of
imagination syndrome here. It probably depends on what the plot of the movie
is for the sueability factor though...

Anything official come out of the USAgent rip-off debate btw?
