If you have to have proof that the Militia exists then how do you know
gays exist? Gays have no gay DNA, no actual proof they are gay, which
means that just because you don't see and touch the militia can't mean
you don't believe in it.

Now... if you believe there is no militia how could you reverse your
criteria for belief when you tell us you need actual real proof for
there to be a militia, but not for gays?

Gays are mentally ill heterosexuals, it's a delusion they imagine for
themselves, so they can feel happy and normal even though they aren't
happy or normal, and we know they aren't by the fact they have a higher
suicide rate.

Hiding from reality to find happiness is almost the "text book"
definition of mental illness.

The problem of there being no militia seems to be a failure in your
logic and Democrats and gays logic.

The militia is mentioned at least two or more times in the U.S.
Constitution. And probably in some State Constitutions as well.

Gays are no where to be seen in the U.S. Constitution.

No. There is no unorganized militia in California or most states.

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least
17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45
years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become,
citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States
who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the
Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia
who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/246

You can blabber until you're blue in the face that there is an "unorganized
militia," but there isn't. In colonial and immediate post-Revolutionary War
days, the unorganized militia was a real thing. They were called out from time
to time and drilled and given military instruction (in order to be effective
slave patrols), which gave them the character of being "well regulated" as the
second amendment requires. That has not been the case for centuries. Those
jackballs dressing up in camo and strutting around trying to look like tuff-bois
with AR-15s are not the militia. They are right-wingnut criminals. A real
militia would be run by the civil government of the state. These assholes are
just fucking around trying to emulate scooter's drunken Virginia campers.

There is no unorganized militia. This is settled.

You're known as a draft-dodging liar and drunken Virginia camper.

Meanwhile, thanks for admitting you are wrong, by providing the proof
there is an unorganized militia.

Then Rudy wonders why no one buys his BS... he posts the law declaring there
is an unorganized militia.. then declares there is no unorganized militia.

1) There has never been a draft I dodged.

3) As such you are the liar here
4) I don't drink
5) I'm not in Virginia
6) The last time I camped it was in Pennsylvania.

That's a lie.

That's a lie.

> 3) As such you are the liar here

No.

> 4) I don't drink

That's a lie.

> 5) I'm not in Virginia

You were. In Jan 2013, in a thread called "fewer murders in France," you were
running your mouth about being in the "Virginia Defense Force," and saying that
you had recently been "mustered" by the governor. You also were bullshitting
about the VDF being part of the "unorganized" militia, which the laws of
Virginia plainly state it is not; it's part of the *organized* militia.

> 6) The last time I camped it was in Pennsylvania.

No, you went on drunken camping expeditions with your VDF pals...in Virginia.
