You're close, Jim! The Howard brother's last name was spelled with one
'O'. Horwitz. BTW, before the brother's parents came to America from
Lithuania, Russia, it was Gorovitz. It was "Americanized" to Horwitz by
an immigration officer who couldn't understand the name due to the
parent's heavy, Lithuanian accents.

All in all, there was: Curly Howard (Horwitz) Real name was actually Jerome
Moe Howard (also Horwitz)
Shemp Howard (yep.... Horwitz again)
Larry Fine (Feinberg)
Joe Besser
Curly Joe DeRita
