Billy West imitating Larry...and Curly???

Chances are you've all heard Billy West imitate Larry Fine (he even did a
variation of the voice for the characterization of 'Stimpy' in 'Ren and
Stimpy')...

Recently I watched something animated where Billy West was imitating Larry
and Curly. Even though his Larry is right-on the money, the Curly impression
left a little to be desired... but I cannot remember what show this was.

Does anybody else know what I was watching...?

Batman:the animated series?
The Joker had three henchmen done up like the stooges only bigger.
Billy West provided the voice for all three.I thought it was funny.
