"Horse Teeth."
Most pianos of the era had keys made of ivory (bone) taken from various
animals. We often equate ivory with elephant tusks, now banned, but other
animal remains were used for a variety of similar applications.
Also if you were to ever get a close-up look at horse teeth, you'd see the
resemblance.
It was also a show biz slang from Vaudeville.
"Cutie Pie... pound those horse teeth."

Right. I recently rewatched it, and I was wondering if any of the 18
lovely young women in that song scene are still alive. They'd all
be over 90. IMDB only lists the main few actors and actresses. The
Wikipedia article on this short looked more promising, but apparently
the list of supporting actors in that article is for *all* of the
Three Stooges shorts, as some of them weren't born yet when this short
was filmed.
