I have seen many shorts of the 3 Stooges (who hasn't) and it seems in nearly
everyone there is this certain actor that is mostly a doctor or businessman.
Does anyone know who I am speaking of? I remember not too long ago I saw
the short where the 2 older doctors were having a bet (heredity or
environment) to see if they could transform the Stooges (or not) into
gentlemen and again that old man was one of the doctors. Who is he? He
seems like a "4th" stooge. Oh, I think this is where they are presented to
Mrs. Smite-Smite. Well, that's all....come Curliton. [Anyone remember
Curliton?]

Or....you could be thinking of Ted Lorch another supporting stooge
player...Who usually turned up as a doc,a butler,or even a professor in
numorous stooge shorts....
