Seeking info on color L & H "Tree In A Test Tube."

Has anyone seen "Tree In A Test Tube," a color short made by L & H for the government during WWII? Is it on video? I use to
have this on Super 8 sound.
The film is funny but a little distracting because of the print quaility (or at least the one I had). Are there any prints out there that are not
faded? There has to be one somewhere. My film print was brand new so I know the faded color wasn't a flaw in my copy.
What were the circumstances surrounding the making of this film? It is very enjoyable and I have always wondered why they agreed
to make this color film for the government.
