Can your DVD player play foreign DVDs (is it region-free)? If you don't know,
check the make and model number here: http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks
It may be that you just need to enter a number on your remote control to make
it region-free.
Then, you can go to amazon.co.uk and buy the 21-disc set of Laurel and Hardy
shorts and features. It's only about $53 plus shipping, and it's excellent
quality.

Further, if you don't have a DVD player that is currently encodable
for Region 0 or 2, but you can spring for an inexpensive DVD player
made by Philips, the Philips brand is almost always listed on the
website Kimba mentions as being easily encoded for any region
combination. Have fun!

"Babes in Toyland" (or "March of the Wooden Soldiers") comes to mind
for children.
