Every Thursday evening a number of fireheads gather in Internet Relay Chat
(IRC), toss Firesign lines back and forth, pass or bogart the virtual smokes,
and generally have a good time. This takes place at 9pm Eastern time in
DALnet, one of the parallel IRC networks.
When you get into your regular IRC, type "/server irc.dal.net" (no quotation
marks) to get to DALnet, then type "/join #firesign" to join us. It may take
a few tries to get to DALnet - if you can't get on the default server, you
can try typing "/server" and one of the following:

orion.fl.us.dal.net
qis.md.us.dal.net
gothic.tx.us.dal.net
dragon.ut.us.dal.net
glass.oh.us.dal.net
megasoft.wa.us.dal.net
rutgers.nj.us.dal.net

voyager.ca.us.dal.net
... to name but a few. There are other DALnet servers throughout the country
