program. The first two are "random" where they assign you to a server,
and the ones after that are specific servers, listed as
Continent/Country, Country/State or Province (if US or Canada), server
name, open ports. It is my understanding that being an IRC server is
entirely voluntary and unpaid, thus the rapid turnover at times. I won't
even swear to the accuracy of this list right now; I usually go the
"random" route and eventually get in. I only use a specified server if
the random keeps assigning me to one that won't let me on, but even
then, it usually changes automatically after a couple of non-connects.
