Need Info on Backdrop Construction

Hi,

I have just been "nominated" to build backdrops for our color guard. I need
to construct two backdrops. I have some ideas, but would like to read up on
this before getting started. Our program is just now getting started back
up after a number of years of inactivity.

Does anyone have a source / web site where someone has posted tips and
techniques? The main item I'm looking for is how items are organized behind
the screen for quick retrieval and storage during the performance.
