Wonderful antique painting on wood, crackled finish with heavily gilded
metal trim on edge. Stamped Mark on back: Palladio, Made In Italy,
with small paper label and number (possibly an auction house label).
Was brought to America from Italy, as a wedding gift, just after WWII,
it was a family owned painting that was not new then. Very unusual, and
