Lovely vintage still life oil painting. The colors are gorgeous
...with large yellow roses, and smaller red red rose buds....
arranged in a large blue pottery vase. Accented with a small Japanese
figurine...it is quite appealing. Expertly painted on
canvas board, it is signed "M. Whelan", and in the original
frame. The measurements are 25" in height, 19" in width.
Judging by the style, colors, and material, it probably dates
to the 1940'S/1950's era. Please see the photos on Ebay...
