US - Intl airmail rate question (1930-1940)

I am looking for the US outgoing (to Japan) International Airmail rates
(postcard) in the 30s (before WWII).

I am involved in a Japanese film production and there is a scene with a
postcard from the US (more precisely from NYC). It is a very important
scene and I would appreciate it if anyone can help me.
