Can anyone out there explain to my how this works?. I will put money in
it but it never seems to accumulate any credits? I am not sure what I am
missing should there be 120v to it also?.

Just looking for a detailed explanation on how things should be working
and what to look for.. If you have anything that could help it would be
great..
