AMI R74 won't lock in selections reliably

I have an AMI R74 Sometimes it locks sprag relay 2 down and has to be shut off to release it. Then it may make several selections before it does it again. I've cleaned contacts, made sure the contacts were adjusted correctly. Where do I go next?

It was a long long time ago, but I remember this in an MM4. After
