Wurlitzer Model #?

What I know, is a new customer broght Me a Wurlitzer Juke box, with no key or no model # on the back, Now what I do know it has a sign on the lower left that says
"once more twice" or something like that. I was also told by the owner that had just bought it. that the record would play to the center then not reject,
If you may know the model # or the key # and or the problem, I would be most greatful

Wurlitzer OMT-Vinyl model.

Key is UA1.

Cashbox key is unique to open that you need to either find the key (may
be inside jukebox) or drill out lock...

More than likely that will be a "one More Time" a modern copy of the
1050 or 1015.
