If you want the person's name and id, email
me for details. Her ebay and metaexchange feedback
files are perfect, so be careful!!!!
And metaexchange and paypal will not back you.
After 3 years, this is the first time I've been
scammed....you let your guard down
in the excitement of getting something you really want
and wham.
Email for the whole story.

5 days later I get email from Metaexchange that my
order was filled by Susan L. Long, email addy of
hoop...@webtv.net and the only payment she would
accept was paypal. I had forgotten I even placed the
buy order and was so shocked that it even filled at that
low of a price.
I emailed her immediately b/c I was going out of town that
day (my father's funeral...so my mind was not on what I was
doing) and sent her the money via paypal, without asking her
address or phone number (cause you don't need it for paypal).
So....that was my mistake...again, I can only say my mind was not
totally on what I was doing.
She emailed me as soon as she got the notification from paypal
and said it was going out priority. That was June 7th.
Needless to say, it's never arrived. I've emailed her 3 times in the
last 5 days and never heard from her. I have no means to contact
her (my stupid mistake)other than email. PayPal not only won't
give me contact information, they told me if I do a disputed charge
on my credit card, they can revoke my account and can put the
charge thru again, since I initiated it with them.
Metaexchange sent me an email last night saying they would
try to reach her, but recommended I contact my credit card company.
So I started the process of disputing the charge with my credit card
company regardless of what Paypal says (I've cancelled that account...
if they aren't going to offer support when you've been scammed and
then threaten the victim, I don't want anymore to do with them!)
I'm also leary of doing anything more on metaexchange given their
lack of support.
I've been buying and selling online for 3 years now. I guess it had
to happen. I have since found her phone number and with that
I now have her snail mail address, so I'm sending her a certified
letter with a time demand. If I still hear nothing, then I'm proceeding
with fraud charges. (she's in Fairview, PA)
