Desperately Seeking - "Al E. Kat" Grey and Flat

My 7 year old has lost his precious cat, and is beside himself with
grief. I'm desperately trying to get hold of a replacement that can
miraculously reappear.

Unfortunately I've found out that it's a very rare retired plush, and
even rarer because it's flat and not curled up.

I'm searching ebay without success and I wondered whether anyone out
there could help me get my hands on a replacement.
