Has anybody dealt with the Ebay dealer "rockrtman"?

He says he's a retired concert promoter with thousand of autographed albums.
He has got a ton of various superstar autographs. Take a look, and please give
the newsgroup your thoughts.

I only looked at one of his auctions, which is one with the signature I am
most familiar with. It's the autographed Newman 8 by 10 W/COA. It's not even
close.

This guy is a shocker .... his list contains forgery after forgery. To give
him some credit, he does at least seem to try to copy the style of signature
but I certainly would not buy from him. Note that he uses the same blue
sharpie for every item and his bidders identies are hidden. He has sigs that
are near impossible for example Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam and this guy has
more than one !! Look how many signed Paul McCartney albums he has !! He
also has 11 negatives.

I am not in the business of ruining reputations and my comparisons are based
on my In Person sigs with ZZ Top, Roger Daltry, Alice Cooper, Carly Simon,
David Gilmour etc. I would be interested to see what others think ....

Heheheheh ... he was trying to be clever with the Simon and Garfunkel ...
with that one he did one sig with blue sharpie and one with black and I
assume this would indicate to bidders that they were not signed at the same
time. HOWEVER ... what he doesn't know is that Art will not sign anything
relating to 'Simon and Garfunkel'. He will sign only his own Art Garfunkel
items, photo's, CD etc.

LMAO

In other words, no one actually saw him sign it.
