an especially big income. I just sent out 27 requests in the past week. I
had sent only 19 from from August to January 24. and before that, I sent
out a couple hundred from Oct. 97-Aug.98. But to answer your question, I
have about 100 autographs. I get most of mine thru the mail, but I recently
bought some that I can't get thru the mail which include a duel autograph
Jordan/Barkley, 2 Mickey Mantle's, Dennis Rodman, and a duel Pippen/Rodman.

collect the people that I like and not get whoever will send me a photo. Also,
I prefer in-person because it seems a little more personable.

in person would have to be Ravishing Rick Rude (currently w/ WCW). on my 3rd
in person attempt-he signed one "R" then his whole name, every single letter,
BEAUTIFUL autograph for a wrestler! the easiest in person, had to be rock star
peter frampton. signs everything you give him!

have approximately 240 ace's and astronaut's signatures - over 30 on my white
Navy helicopter helmet, plus over 200 in a book of fine aviation paintings.
While I flew, I carried a blank "Pilots Logbook" that I pass around to notable
pilots and occasionally a movie star. I meet and interview aces for their
websites and along the way add to my son's collection. My most recent success
was Sir Ed Hillary (Conqueror of Everest) that only took two weeks to get to
New Zealand and back. Hardest one was Jimmy Carter - a sent a book of his
poetry and it followed him around across several states before it was returned
to me (signed by Jimmy). Its a fun hobby and I hope my son also enjoys it.
