Unable to keep his attempted flaming in the flame news groups, Roger
took it over into the ham radio news groups as a means to stalk and
harass his perceived enemies. That behavior backfired on him several
times and cost him Usenet news providers, as well as several ISPs.
He has had problems with local amateur radio operators, the local
police, as well as with the enforcement arm of the Federal
Communications Commission. The details of the FCC actions are
available on the web.
Most recently, he has been posting only through anonymous remailers,
presumably to maintain deniability. He continues to stalk easy
targets, both by impersonating them and by posting libel about them.
The consensus seems to be that Wiseman is genuinely a nut case who is
only one step away from being institutionalized.
Thanks for the info. Seems to be the most hated person I have ever
heard of.
