I installed

Microsoft Visual Studio 2005
Version 8.0.50727.42 (RTM.050727-4200)
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 2.0.50727 SP1

Installed Edition: VB Express

Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 76541-000-0000011-00124
Microsoft Visual Basic 2005

And after installing it I tried to install Net Express 5.0 I faced
error with You should install Visual Stduio .Net.

Where can I download Visual Stduio .Net. to install should I do to
install Net Express 5.0 ?

You could try the MICROSOFT website. However, MF Cobol v5 is pretty
fussy about which VS it has so check the MF Cobol readme notes first

If you can guide me to certain link to download MF Cobol v5 that would
be good . I searched all over net I can not find any !
If any other compiler supporting the same directives for Net Express -
like SOURCEFORMAT"FREE" - that would be good .
Also How I support the SOURCEFORMAT"FREE" directive under Fujtsu
compiler ?

Do you have a compiler? If so which one? Did you purchase it? If so, do you
still have the media that it came on?

If you do NOT have a purchased COBOL compiler, then what are you using? Are you
asking for a free compiler?
