Spray painting vs. traditional methods.

I recently bought a 3-story, 4 bedroom older home that I want to fix up and
rent out. It has old worn-out wall-to-wall carpets throughout all 3 floors.
My plan is to have the entire interior painted white -- including the walls,
ceilings, and trim. Then have all of the carpeting removed and re-do the
floors.

My question is, could an experienced painter do this type of job more easily
and more quickly by spray painting instead of doing traditional brush and
roller painting?
If so, are there any easy ways to find experienced spray painting companies?
One idea I had was to try asking apartment complexes who they use since I
think many of them have their apartment units spray painted.

Farm it out to some contractor. Much faster and costs less in the long
run.IMHO.

If the flooring is all removed, and the ceilings are to be recoated,
then yes Spraying is the way to go. Keep in mind that good painters
back-roll behind the sprayer, but application time is saved. If the
ceilings are not to be painted and or flooring is remaining, a good
painter will coat it quicker by hand then it would to take to cover
everything enough to allow for spraying.

I'd suggest going to a home builder for their recomendations or a paint
store. I've worked just about every area of painting and apartment
painters are more geared toward quanity rather than quality.

I will agree with Sargent67...Find a reputable local contractor, from a friend
or paint store...The apartment "re-painter" is more transient to the job and
does not strive for perfection...In my opinion a good spray job does not have
to be back-rolled...Back-rolling makes touch-up easier when using a paint
roller...Time estimate would be 2-3 days for 2 coats depending on the amount
of "extras"...Pumps
