The Borg: Super-cool Communists.
The Laws of Physics: Irritating guidelines more than actual laws.
The Fabric of Space: Velour, apparently.
Rent in the Space/Time Continuum: What you have to do if you don't
have enough money to buy property in the Space/Time Continuum.
Klingons: It's, like, what they do.
Picard: See above.
EMH: A three-letter word - sort of like God.
The Caretaker: A fucked-up fucker fucky.
Klingon/Human hybrids: Eerily good-looking.
Species 8472: Aliens that actually look like aliens, instead of humans
with fucked-up foreheads.
Holodeck: A tragically under-implemented piece of technology, used for
stupid things like playing pool and talking to Leonardo daVinci,
instead of doing the physically impossible with the illegal.
Jeffries Tube: Federation slang for the female sexual organs. "Hur hur
hur, I was just in Jeffries Tube 14....."
Warp Coils: Federation slang for the male sexual organs.
Maximum Warp: More Federation slang.
Quantum Singularity: That guy who keeps getting sent from body to body
in the desperate attempt to do good and eventually end up in his own
body again. Wrong show, read on.
Vulcans: A living testament to Americans' inability to accept that
some cultures just AREN'T American.
The Q: Seem oblivious to the fact that they are deftly removing the
dignity of the entire "Star Trek" concept.
Wormhole: (i) A plot twist designed so whole episodes don't need to be
taken up with months of journeying from one place to another. Unless
that happens to be the storyline.
(ii) More Federation slang. Both males and females posess these, but
only infrequently use them as a Jeffries Tube.
