The attached matrix is pretty good for de-gluing certain parts of
the banks, it's got the chart of awareness and some sub-harmonics.
I made it up in 1971 after doing several hundred hours of R3R, it's
not perfect but I've never seen the need to touch it up.

Vertical motion in the columns gives you the major thoughts that
stand out in relation to where you are (pick a spot). Horizontal
motion gives harmonically related info.
