There are several stages of
achievement to master UCP.
For some, of course, the first step is
to *STOP LECTURING* ABOUT UCP
long enough to realize that they have
not read the materials, never done any
UCP, and don't know anything about it.
We know, however, that $pyontologists
are often far too brain damaged to do this,
and are simply unable to grasp the radical
concept that UCP IS *NOT* $CIENTOLOGY!
Most normal people start with an hour or so of
READING. The "N-Lightenment Now!" article
and UCP CHART are the critical ingredients of
a basic acquaintance with UCP. Of course
this can be bypassed with direct experience
by getting a session from a UCPeon, doing
a session solo with the Viritual Witness or even
giving a session with some verbal instruction,
but I am most concerned with self-taught UCP,
since there are about six billion latent UCPeons,
and VERY few UCP teachers at the present time.
When you know what the few simple non-rote
questions are, how to make them up yourself,
and have a very general idea of the UCP CHART,
you are ready to jump into session and get some
ACTUAL EXPERIENCE *DOING* UCP YOURSELF.
The next stage is to *DO* some sessions to FULL
CIRCLE COMPLETION. By doing this you develop
understanding of HOW to do UCP, WHAT happens
in a session, and what events indicate completion.
This might take four minutes . . . or four hours.
It doesn't make much difference whether you
have a seasoned expert witness, use the Free
Virtual Witness Program, or just ask yourself
the questions . . . AS LONG AS YOU *DO* IT!
Just start to *DO* UCP, however you best can!
Use any or all of the opportunities it offers you.
Once you have some EXPERIENCE of UCP, it
is a very good idea to read more of the Tech
Talk articles to pick up more of the fine points.
COMPARING the theory to your own practical
life experience is profoundly useful in learning.
Of course . . . THAT IS UCP ITSELF!
When you are DOING sessions to completion,
you should start to SEE CHANGES in your life.
This develops the certainty that what you are
doing has relevance to and impact on *LIFE*.
If you just keep doing sessions and LOOKING at
the CHART, you will eventually *SEE* what your
ACTUAL tone level is. This is often astonishing!
As you keep on doing sessions, you will SEE your
actual tone level gradually rise. This is a *VERY*
powerful experience, as you realize that you ARE
in real control of developing your own awareness.
Coming up through TONE ZERO=FAILURE=DEATH
is an extraordinary shift from the unreal to the real
and fundamentally changes your perception of . . .
EVERYTHING!
By that point it is fundamentally impossible to lose
interest in UCP, and everyone I have seen make it
that far has in fact become a spokesman for UCP.
Beyond that, teaching UCP to others who transform
their own awareness, and teach it in turn to others,
is profoundly rewarding in a way difficult to describe.
The apparent next stage, building a community of
those who have made it up through tone zero, now
seems both tantalizingly close . . . and elusively far.
