Why sue? As the saying goes, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em."

Here's evidence that a group which has been declared "suppressive" by
Scientology -- CADA -- enjoys tax-exempt status.

The California Association of Dianetic Auditors was listed by Scientology
on its 1023 application dated September 21, 1993 according to Jeff's page
here: http://www.primenet.com/~cultxpt/coscorps.htm

Yet, on Andreas' page, Flag ED 2830RB of 25 July 1992 lists The California
Association of Dianetic Auditors (CADA) as a "suppressive group":
http://www.xenu.net/archive/enemy_names/enemy_list.html

I have heard from a reputable source that the CADA is *not* actually
a Scientology-controlled corporate entity.

CADA is NOT a $pyontology controlled entity,
unless they took it over recently. They DID
attempt to infiltrate and seize control of it
with a mass-joining of covert plants from
various orgs about 20 years ago, which was
thwarted by some dedicated Free Zoners
[including Lamont Johnson] who staved off
the attack. I don't know if it has tax exempt
status or not, but it DOES have the right to
use the word DIANETICS! The cult HATES it!

It existed BEFORE $pyontology!

Mornin' Big Warrior.
It's snowin big time here. Snowed all day Saturday, and starting early this
morning the huge fluffy-looking flakes began to fall again. I have a big fire in
my fireplace. My 3 cats are snuggled up in a pile. I have food and drinks and
everything I like to keep me comfortable for at least a month.
So....have you seen this green-colored booklet put out by huborg in around 1975
or so entitled "Evidence on Religious Bona Fides and Status of the Church of
Scientology"? I have it here. If it would be of interest, and if of course it is
not already webbed, I would be happy to send it to you to look over.
