How to recover from serious debilitation.

1. Cease doing anything but resting, sleeping and eating minimally and raw.
2. Work slowly and minimally every other day or so.
3. Let everything else go to hell... the world can live without out you for
a while.
Dead you have nothing to offer.
4. Repeat 1-3 until you realize you were not 100% right anyway.
5. #4 produces great relaxation and healing.

6. Repeat #4, and start working more, but always slowly and so that its
pleasing
to work...this will build the body back up...then you can afford
vitamins.

7. Take 180 mg of ginko billoba a day, 2,000 mg of E, half an asprin... and
the
other items Ive mentioned previously including 'heart technology'
www.herbaladvantage.com

8. Understand that it takes a true idiot to get so screwed up... that is
relaxing. You
no longer have to defend your idiotic position all of the time...

9. #8 opens the doors to much deeper insight since you are no longer
defending
your own error.... thats both blinding and fatal you know.

10. Work more and save the money and accumulate tools to make working for
more money easier and more profitable...this goes slowly but works to
viable
levels at least. Dont do work that takes more from you than you get.

11. Now that you are well off again and realize what an idiot you are, go
to the
movies...enjoy. Press for complimentary popcorn and a drink...go
in the
middle of a movie you don't want to see, and see half of it for free,
then get
another complimentary popcorn and watch the other movie.

12. Hang in there, medical advances are coming now at warp speed...you can
live
a lot longer if you dont beat yourself up trying too hard.

13. (we will skip that number)

14. If you have brainwash to disseminate realize that it fits only your
own thought
concept matrix perfectly...and virtually no one elses... so its a
waste of time
trying to shove that mix of square holes up anyone elses mishmash...

relax.

15. Drink beer.

16. Chase women.

17. Do Golds Gym.

I did a job for a psychologist today...he bought me a cafe' mocha...with
ice, not bad. He was tense as hell though. Too many years being a
mindfuckologist.

too much going on up there, <taps head> all negative

I told him I was the worlds OLDEST flat tracker. He is going to need a
custom peice of hand poured art glass (2' pie shape, two inches thick) in
his deck now...with a halogen light under it.

Its going to be spectacular. I will be able to afford racing fuel for the
Flat tracker now.

That aint it. Ive seen that before.... total burn out on listening to
other people go on and on. alloyed with human impatience and a tendency to
blame others...so a sourness sets in, tempered though by some degree of
understanding...whats left is high blood pressure.

Okay. Most of what I post has some humorous content and it's dry, very
dry, so don't miss it when it comes up because laughing alone is less
fun than laughing with others. LOL

Become really competent and facile at muscle testing to see which
supplements you are most likely to need and at what amounts. When done
well, muscle testing of supplements gives at least 80% accuracy, which is
better than trial and error, and much better in my opinion than going by
the popular literature. Everyone is different, at different times.

2000 mg Vit E is very high, more is not necessarily better and may even
be detrimental. I'd say 800 max and maybe 400 mg as quite sufficient.

Gingko is a vasodilator and blood thinner. (may lower blood pressure?) May
be useful if clots were a problem, but if one ever needs surgery, taking
gingko just prior is something the surgeons will want to know as they have
to work around that if they can. Could even compound the problem if a
stroke were to occur, as the person is more hemorrhagic. I think gingko is
overrated and overmarketed (like psych meds) and suspect only 50% *max* of
elderly adults actually could benefit from some amount of it, amount
unspecified, and far fewer middle aged adults. I'd rather look at the
cause of why they're taking it, and see that addressed more directly.
Investigation into more root causes. Widespread ginkgo use strikes me as
running over the top of root causes in most cases. Just my opinion.

If the problem was blood vessel weakness, then more vit A and C, calcium
and magnesium perhaps? Vit A for membranes, the inside of blood vessels
are membranes. C in the late morning seems to work well with circadian
rhythms. (I like Alacer Emergen-C packets, 1000 mg Vit C with vitamin
cofactors.)

Just a few speculative comments of a layman.

Its relatively non toxic in those doses, I found when resolving my heart
isssues that it took 2,000 to 3,000 mg to stop or prevent chest pain and the
ensuing weakiness when over working (its a blood thinner)... I did many
other things as well.

I agree with you on the muscle testing but dont bother myself, a good idea
though... but could as you noticed disuade one from a therapeutic dose...I
dont recommond the 3000 mg of E every day for life...there are countless
other issues such as C in combination as you are aware of.

Exactly...ginko can also precipitate a stroke, and not at a minor risk level
either. same with chelation therapy.

Could even compound the problem if a

When I was in living near a retirement community in Tx (near brownsville) I
talked a lot with these people...age probably average 70... most were on
ginko, and had stories to tell about how they were reading again etc and
more active.

I found it exceedingly useful as well. If I got off of it for the first two
years, I would relapse entirely...but after 2 the effects become mostly
permanent...I take some once a week lately. 180 mg

amount

Cause is amyloid and cholestorol plaques clogging narrowed arteries... no
AMA approved solution to date. But chelation works, and 'heart technology'
works
www.herbaladvantage.com

> Investigation into more root causes. Widespread ginkgo use strikes me as

My chelation buddy in Tx (age 76 or so) says his brother refused chelation
and went with high doses of ginko, he is experiencing reversed heart trouble
to the same levels that my friend is.

The same is true for 'heart technology' from what I can tell personally....
I use all 3 however.

Blood vessel weakness is a problem in vegitarians some times, it was for me
when I was a vegan, they couldnt even get an IV in me...the vein would tear.
The main problem as you have mentioned from time to time is material
clogging up these systems.
