Sedona Method vs. Avatar Discreating

I am wondering if anyone can talk about the similarities and
differences between the Sedona Method/Releasing and Avatars Discreating
Technique. Do you feel that one is more effective than the other? Do
you feel that they might complement each other?

A friend and I both attended Avatar (I went once before, as well), and then
did the Sedonna Release tape series. In a nutshell, they're different, yet
the same. Expanded: It's like driving around in two cars, but they are both
cars. My friend & I both feel that they are the same, but described
differently. Think about it, vandons; they both get you to same place, you
can do same things with them (Astral Projection, Expansion, & other Awareness
work), they both embrace the limitation or distraction or whatever, then, let
them go. But the "directions" are different. They kinda hafta be. These
guys are in business to make money, even if only a little on the side :),
they can't use copyrighted information, so they change the labels, an
incredibly EASY thing to do with things mystical ("God is omnipotent!", "No!
Allah is omnipresent!"; "It's Light Navy", "It's Off Blue" ...whatever!)
Avatar says it's all beliefs, Sedonna implies it's all feelings, both
feelings and beliefs are thoughtforms. In fact, my friend & I feel/believe
that what Sedonna reveals outright is what Avatar hasn't stated explictly.
Try for yourself, release things you'd CHP, CHP things you'd release. I do
Body Handle with Sedonna's Releasing. Enough of me. Peace.

vandons, yes. A friend & I took the Avatar course, then listened to the
Sedonna tapes. The similarity is the CHP & Release Mechanisms. Their
Mechanisms are described differently, the instructions are different. But
they both do the same end result, the eliminate or assimalate limitations &
distractions. Even the feel of the mechanism is similar: Feel something,
appreciatte it, & release the feeling/belief. It's the path of mystics for
millenia, Be-Love-Free it. The hippies thought it was a little different: Be
Free Love. :) My friend & I both felt they were VERY compatible. Seemed
their respective descriptions & instructions told a part of the story, but
hid the rest. The other explained what the one didn't. Release instead of
CHP, or vice-versa. You can Body Handle or Expansion Handle using the
Release Method. Don't assume one can't Universe Handle or Mass Consns Handle
with the Release Method as well, you'd create a limit for yourself. Peace.
