SPINAL TAP - SATAN'S BAND

Friends, I am writing to inform you about a dangerous group of rock
musicians who may be spreading their sick message to your very
childrens' ears! Please, pay close attention to what I have to say, I
beg you.
SPINAL TAP : SATAN'S MESSIAHS
The rock group Spinal Tap was formed in 1964 and has since been
flooding the already decadent rock mainstrem with their sick brand of
sexuality and blasphemy. They have released a string of albums since
their 1964 inception including SPINAL TAP SINGS "(LISTEN TO THE)
FLOWER PEOPLE" AND OTHER FAVOURITES, BRAIN HAMMER, ROCK N' ROLL
CREATION and SMELL THE GLOVE.
Fortunately, most of these albums are no longer in print. However,
there are still two albums from Spinal Tap that are on the shelves, as
well as a documentary on the band, which are all filled with immoral
sexual innuendo, occult themes and devil worship.
The first album is simply called SPINAL TAP and it is a compilation of
songs from their earlier, now out of print albums. The second is
called BREAK LIKE THE WIND. In this article, I will focus on the
first album, SPINAL TAP, although in future articles the content of
BREAK LIKE THE WIND and the documentary THIS IS SPINAL TAP will be
reviewed.
The SPINAL TAP compilation album contains the following songs:
1). Hell Hole
2). Tonight I'm Going to Rock You, Tonight
3). Heavy Duty
4). Rock N' Roll Creation
5). America
6). Cups and Cakes
7). Big Bottom
8). Sex Farm
9). Stonehenge
10). Give Me Some Money
11). (Listen to the) Flower People
I will review 9 of the 11 songs, with "America" and "Cups and Cakes"
containing no noticable offensive material, although this should not
imply that inoffensive songs should be heard by Christians, when they
are by a band that peddles blasphemy and filth, such as Spinal Tap
does.
HELL HOLE
Overview of the song: The band finds laughter in mocking the severity
of Hell on this song. We know from the words of Jesus Christ himself
that Hell is a pit of fire with torment that never ends. According to
the Lord in Luke 16:23-24:
16:23 "And in Hades [the rich man] lifted up his eyes, being in
torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his bosom."
16:24 "And he cried out and said, "Father Abraham, have mercy on me,
and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and
cool off my tounge; for I am in agony in this flame."
Some select lyrics from this song include:
"Ain't got no future, ain't got no past, and I don't think I have a
care."
Of course not, because you do not have the direction of the living
Lord in your heart! Only people with the Lord Jesus in their hearts
can truly begin to find direction and meaning in life, as Solomon
candidly points out in his Ecclesiasties.
"The floor is filthy, the walls are thin, the wind is howling in my
face. The rags are peeling, the I'm losing ground, can't seem to join
the human race."
Here we see the terrible plight of a man who has not been sanctified
and blessed by the Lord of Hosts. Truly, if the Lord blesses a man,
he will be greatly rewarded with riches, as the Lord did with Abraham.
Why does the singer bewail that he cannot join the human race? He
should not be a member of the human race, but should rather be
sanctified to the Lord, for whoever is a friend of the world is an
enemy of God (James 4:4).
"I'm living in a Hell Hole!"
While he is living a sorid life-style, he does not even have an idea
of the torments of Hell! How could he make light of his final
destination? Because the children of Satan always wish to mock the
horrible truth of God's justice, in order to avoid the inevitable
lifestyle change that must take place when they recognise God as
soverign.
"I rode a jet stream, I hit the top."
The man is finally rich, but through what means? Through the evil of
rock n' roll! By spreading his sick, sinful filth to the minds of
children he has gained riches, but corrupted a generation! The very
video for this sin-soaked song includes shots of bikini-clad women,
clearly objects for his sexual conquest, their only merit being to
stir up the libido of impressionable young children!
".. Get me back to my Hell Hole!"
Even the riches and the women are not enough for our sinful singer.
As the scripture says, he finds the vanity of this life to be
worthless (Ecclesiastes 1:2) but instead of trusting the Lord, he
chooses to return to his "hell hole," of filth! When he is finally
thrown into Hell on the great day of Judgement, he would never want to
return if he ever got out!
TONIGHT I'M GOING TO ROCK YOU, TONIGHT
Overview of the song: This song describes the goal of the band - to
"rock," or, induce to a modern-day Dionysian frenzy, their fans,
primarily for the goal of obtaining sexual conquests.
Some select lyrics from the song:
"Little girl... You're sweet, but you're just four feet and you've
still got your baby teeth. You're too young and I'm too well-hung,
but tonight I'm gonna rock you, tonight."
Imagine! An open endorsement of pedophelia in the already sick and
perverted world of rock n' roll. I doubt that this was what our
Christian founding fathers had in mind, when they wrote the First
Amendment. What filth the atheists and Satanic rock n' roll fans
support with their false trust in "free speech!"
"You're hot, you take all we've got, not a dry seat in the house.
Next day we'll be on our way, but tonight we're gonna rock you,
tonight!"
This song is simply laden with perversions and sinful filth! This
verse clearly endorses the one-night flings that these "rock stars"
enjoy having with their groupies, young women they've brainwashed into
following them around and sleeping with them. Instead of a loving
sexual relationship based on the Word of God, these men pervert their
lusts and fornicate with young girls whom they use and abuse! The
band Spinal Tap should be made aware that fornicators will not be
allowed into the Kingdom of God (1 Cor. 6:9).
HEAVY DUTY
Overview of the song: This song celebrates the band's affection for
loud, earsplitting "rock and roll" music, which earned them the
aforementioned nickname of "Loudest Band in England."
Select lyrics from the song:
"That meditation stuff can make you go blind."
I am unaware of any current medical studies that have proven that
meditation can cause blindness, so this is something to certainly look
into, as it only makes sense that one of Satan's new age deceptions
would lead into a destruction of the Lord's perfect creation - the
human body.
"And just because it pays, that ain't no crime."
Perhaps not under the current atheistic-inspired law-books, but in the
Word of God, selling falsehood and deception is far more serious a
than a crime - it's a SIN!
"I got that rock n' roll, and that'll be my life."
Some fans take these lyrics to heart, and devote their lives to rock
n' roll. But nothing but Jesus Christ can truly be "the life" - all
others are mere deceptions.
ROCK N' ROLL CREATION
Overview of the song: This is a blasphemous parody of the Holy
Scripture, specifically of the glorious creation of the world in
Genesis. BEWARE - some of the lyrics to this song may be too shocking
for you to read.
"When there was darkness and the void was king and ruled the elements,
when there was silence, the hush was almost DEAFENING!"
The sinful rock group Spinal Tap attempts to parody the first book of
Moses in this song, by suggesting that the "void" was king and ruled
over the elements; scripture suggests quite the opposite, however:
"And the Earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the
surface of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface
of the waters." (Genesis 1:2).
Clearly, the Holy Spirit was the ruler of the void, according to God's
sacred truth. Furthermore, they try to blasphemously put forth the
lie that God's creation was little more than a "rock n' roll creation.
"Out of the emptiness, SALVATION, rhythym and light and sound - it was
a rock n' roll creation, it was the terrible big bang."
Does the blasphemy never stop for this sick band?? Far from speaking
of the glory and majesty of the Lord's creation, the band attempts to
compare God's holy creation to a rock n' roll song, even going so far
as to associate the creation with the atheistic myth of the big bang!
"He was searching his yang, and he looked and he saw that it was
good!"
It takes little imagination to figure out what the band means by
"yang." Although God is male, He does not need to "search" for His
yang! What a blasphemous, sick thought. The next line parodies the
holy text of Genesis, and finishes with a horrible, demonic laughter;
clearly only a person truly wrapped up sin could laugh at this
blasphemy!
"When I'm alone beneath the stars and feeling insignificant, I turn
within to see the forces that created me."
A blatant endorsment of new age doctrine! You cannot turn within to
find the forces that created you. You must look above - on your
knees, in repentant prayer - to the Holy Father who created you, and
beg forgiveness for your enjoyment of such blasphemous song lyrics!
"I look to the stars and the answer is clear.."
Another endorsement of new age pagan religion and astrology!
Dueteronomy 4:19 makes it clear that we are not to worship the stars,
or consult them for answers.
BIG BOTTOM
Overview of the song: With lyrics too sick to be printed here, the
band makes its adoration of "big bottoms" quite clear; the Lord did
not create our mouths so we could spew out such pornographic filth!
SEX FARM
Overview of the song: This song also has extremely graphic and
perverted lyrics, and the band attempts to cover up the meaning of the
song by using a variety of farm metaphors, opposed to the frank
discussion of perverse sexual activity on the previous song, possibly
in an attempt to fool unwary listeners.
STONEHENGE
Overview of the song: The Druids were a wicked group of people who
lived several hundred years before our Lord Jesus Christ was born. In
typical heathen tradition, they sacrificed human beings and worshipped
demons. Their celebration to the Lord of the Dead, Halloween, still
exists today.
Some select lyrics from the song:
"Stonehenge, where the demons dwell, where the banshees live and they
do live well. Stonehenge.. where the children dance to the Pipes of
Pan."
Unlike many neo-pagan (witchcraft) groups today that attempt to deny
the Satanic devotion of the druids, the Spinal Tap rock group clearly
endorses the TRUE side of paganism, reminding us that the Druids
worshipped demons and believed in wicked spirits such as banshees,
which were really just screeching demons in disguise! They go so far
as to make note of the "dance" that the poor Druid children would do,
to the pipes of Pan, a wicked Greek god of lust and debauchery!
"Stonehenge, tis a magic place, where the moon doth rise with a
dragon's face. Stonehenge, where the virgins and the prayers of
devils fill the midnight sky!"
We clearly know that magic is forbidden in scripture (Leviticus 20:27)
and the Bible makes it clear who the dragon is (Rev 12:3 & 9). The
band openly celebrates the virgin sacrifices of the druids, which
Satanic cults still perform today, and thrills at the concept of
devils praying, subtly slipping us the message that devils can prayer
to our Lord and be heard; but Scripture makes it clear that this is
not the case.
"And oh, how they danced, the little children of Stonehenge, beneath
the haunted moon, for fear that daybreak might come too soon."
Of course they feared that daybreak might come too soon - light always
dispels darkness and for this reason, the wicked attempt to hide in
the darkness, away from the light of Christ (John 3:19). The rock
group Spinal Tap does not know it, but this line contains a deeply
spiritual revelation about the wicked druids.
GIVE ME SOME MONEY
Overview of the song: This song merely a expression of sheer greed,
set to music.
"Baby, I don't intend on leaving empty handed... I'm looking for pound
notes, loose change, bad checks, anything! Give me some money."
Clearly nothing can surpass the gree of this band, as they demand
money from anyone and everyone, even going so far as to request "bad
checks" in their thrist for anything remotely money-like. Scripture,
however, makes it clear that we cannot serve both money and God
(Matthew 6:24). Spinal Tap has clearly made its decision. Have you?
(LISTEN TO THE) FLOWER PEOPLE
Overview of the song: The "flower people" were the counter-culture
hippies from the 60s who rebelled against every law of God and
society, engaged in reckless drug use, sexual abandon and willful
blasphemy of the Lord in their "poetry" and song lyrics. This song
encourages us to listen to these sinful people!
"Listen to what the flower people say. Listen, it's getting truer
every day."
The message of the "flower people" is not, and has never been "true."
Only Jesus Christ is the truth. All other claims are clearly and
irrefutably false deceptions by Satan, including the "flower people."
I hope that this overview of this Satanic band has been as educational
for you as it was for me. Before I sat down to listen to this song, I
had no idea that popular music had reached such lows. I request that
all faithful Christians pray for the lost souls who are involved in
"rock and roll" music in any way, shape or form.

a "fake band," but that would not explain the Spinal Tap LPs I found a
few weeks ago when I went to the flea market, for 25 cents a piece.
It pained me to do it, but I felt I must purchase them to fully
understand this satanic rock band.

Spinal Tap is a "parody" a joke on the antics of rock and roll itself.
It is not a band at all, it's a bunch of actors with minimal musical talent.
Ranting against a non-existant threat is beneath you (or should be).
There's far better things to expose.
How about the very real ramifications of farmers destroying their produce in
order to maintain the price on the world market when they over produce
instead of giving the food away to countries in famine or their own homeless
?
How about the fiscal mismanagement and outright fraud in the charity
organizations that funnel off 90% of donations to maintain their bloated
buracracies and permit the 10% of charity that makes it to the country
requiring aid to be sold on the black market to the highest bidder ?
How about the various so called "not for profit" church organizations that
bring in millions of dollars a day to float the extravegant lifestyle of the
televangelist's with minimal benefit to the communities they supposedly
serve ?

Weren't your wife and kids a little upset about your spending a month's

All who have recieved my message are finding me laughable. Are there
any true Christians on alt.christnet who will be willing to stand
behind me in my fight against Satanic rock n' roll.
The Satanic message of this band is not a joke, no matter what you may
think. Merely because the band members have appeared in film under
assumed names does not imply that Tap is a fake band. As their
documentary made clear - they are not a popular band any longer, and
therefore, could easily get film roles under assumed names without
others recognizing them.
Please start thinking logically about the situation before you post.

What happens when the defenders of faith concentrate on battling the
footprints of Satan instead of Satan himself ?
Tilting at windmills in the manner of Don Quixote does not do much to bring
down the number of dragons at loose in the world.
Please concentrate on the evils within your local community that you can
defeat.
Spinal Tap is indeed a parody, and may serve the purpose of the father of
all lies in distracting God's warriors from their true battle.
Instilling the love of God in the community and fostering understanding
between humankind does a lot more to battle Satan. Besides, if you win that
battle, the children will forgo the messages in the lyrics and laugh
themselves silly that anyone could take such drivel seriously.
Satan withers when subject to ridicule and joyous laughter.

more judgemental language, it is time for christians to stop this. as i
do not believe you are christian but rather a protestant or born again, i
must ask you to stop speaking for the christ and identifying yourself as a
minister for christianity when you do not represent jesus teachings.
