1) Members of Melbourne’s legal profession gathered at St Patrick’s
Cathedral in East Melbourne on Monday 30 JANUARY 2023 for the annual RED
MASS to mark the official opening of the legal year. Its name derives
from the red vestments worn by the celebrants to signify the Holy Spirit
and therefore has a DAY OF PENTECOST manifest affiliation.
ARCHBISHOP PETER A COMENSOLI celebrated Mass for about 160 legal
representatives, including judges of the High, Federal Circuit and
Family courts of Australia and the Supreme, County and Magistrates’
courts of Victoria, as well as King’s Counsel and Senior Counsel,
solicitors and barristers from metropolitan and suburban legal firms,
and members of parliament and government departments, including
Australia’s ATTORNEY-GENERAL, the HONOURABLE MARK DREYFUS KC MP.
The RED MASS IS ARRANGED ANNUALLY BY MEMBERS OF THE MELBOURNE CATHOLIC
LAWYERS’ ASSOCIATION, WHICH WAS FORMED IN 2001. Chairman of the Red Mass
Committee, Mr TIM MCFARLANE said, ‘the RED MASS has become an important
focus for Catholic lawyers as it provides an opportunity to reflect upon
the year ahead and, just as importantly, also provides an opportunity to
spend time together with colleagues both in prayer and socialising.
2) This stands in contradistinction to ourselves having by email of 1642
/ 1710 HOURS ON 30 JULY 2022 served the following documents upon all
state (some addressing conflation as obstruction noted) based CATHOLIC
ARCHBISHOPS within the COMMONWEALTH the following documents with the

OBSERVED BREACHES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BY PAPAL AUTHORITY RELATING
TO RENEWAL OF KNIGHTS TEMPLARS BY PAPAL BULL MISERICORDIAE VULTUS

4) The enclosed TABLE OF APPENDICES DOCUMENTS are a progress update to
our INFORMAL INVESTIGATION as that which is associated to the IBAC
COMPLAINT as CASE-2022XXXXX formally having been lodged upon 17 JULY
2022 and relevant to continuing matters of investigation raised within
the initiating COMPLAINT proper as our BELIEF that the false
considerations of CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS BELIEF which are raised by an
APPLICATION FOR INTERVENTION AND PERSONAL SAFETY ORDER as CASE NUMBER
L10182359 as interim orders granted 6 FEBRUARY 2020 are made to advance
the CAUSE CÉLÈBRE / CAUSAE COMMUNI of IRISH REPUBLICAN ACTIVISM in
conjunction to the HIJACKING of the ANZAC 2018 CENTENNIAL.
5) Our rationale for the COUNTY COURT APPEAL CASE NUMBER: AP-23-XXXX
which were provided to the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS' (DPP)
enquiry on "HOW PROCEEDING IN APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION AND SENTENCE" as
by a timely email response (3 minutes later) @ 1628 HOURS ON 23 MAY
2023, stated in ITEM #8:
That the MAL ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE within the COUNTY COURT APPEALS
PROCESS which then obstructed any possibility of an alleviation, or an
opportunity for a contested hearing against the grounds for the ORDERS
or a consideration on whether they were indeed valid given evidence of
unlawful activity, has been exasperated by a RESOLUTE FAILURE (ie. in
comparison the same neighbour was as a result of a domestic dispute with
their fiancé, placed on a CORRECTIONS ORDER and months later was
subjected to a police drug raid by a mere allegation made by the other
party and the last such raid occurring on 26 MAY 2023 whilst attending
by WEBEX a COUNTY COURT FILING HEARING) of the POLICE TO ACCEPT ANY
EVIDENCE that the GROUNDS FOR ORDERS were fabricated to facilitate
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT and the HIJACKING of the ANZAC CENTENNIAL
2018 in the advancement of a seditious and violent IRISH REPUBLICAN
ACTIVISM cause, has been made permanent a manifest of trauma, by the
regrettable and slanderous circumstance of a REMEMBRANCE DAY 11 NOVEMBER
2021 CONVICTION for an alleged BREACH as NUMBER CASE M11048888 before
the actual INTERIM ORDERS as CASE NUMBER L10182359 issued upon 6
FEBRUARY 2020 could be properly tested as an application established
upon grounds that were entirely FICTIONAL / DELUSIONAL / SLANDEROUS and
were subsequently withdrawn by POLICE PROSECUTIONS ON 14 JULY 2020.
i) Of particular concern, is that I was walking home from the
supermarket @ 1143 HOURS on 8 MAY 2022 and had observed the APPLICANT
within INTERIM ORDERS as CASE NUMBER L10182359 issued upon 6 FEBRUARY
2020, parking their vehicle at the WATER TOWER, VICTORIA PARK near the
ANGLICAN CHURCH in Cunninghame Street with the intention of keeping my
driveway under observation. Within minutes of my arriving home the
APPLICANT parked their vehicle in proximity to my driveway but a short
distance towards the park's lake area, seemingly with an intention to
effect an entrapment opportunity by cause of a "FALSE ALLEGATION OF
PROXIMITY AND ACCOSTING" scenario.
ii) Such is a reasonable conclusion given shortly thereafter at @ 1200
hours in driving my vehicle so as to report the matter to police, I did
a circuit of the garden precinct and noticed that the APPLICANT was
again parked within an irregular manner at the WATER TOWER and alighted
from their vehicle in observing the STATUE / MY DRIVEWAY area. This
necessitated my making an APPLICATION for RECIPROCAL ORDERS as CASE
NUMBER N10938554 which was determined on 17 MAY 2022 and rejected on the
grounds that such "STALKING AND ENTRAPMENT" opportunism might constitute
prohibited behaviour when an INTERVENTION AND PERSONAL SAFETY ORDER is
granted, but in and of itself is not the sufficient adverse behaviour
for the granting of ORDERS.
iii) That such MODUS OPERANDI action involving the #449 - SAINT
PATRICK'S DAY UNVEILING AS IMPOSITION OF AN IRISH REPUBLICAN CAUSE THAT
WAS UNRELATED TO ANY STATE / FEDERAL GOVERNMENT APOLOGIES might be more
properly characterised as being obsessive and fixation behaviour which
is substantiated by the earlier circumstance on SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER
2020, when I noticed the APPLICANT similarly moving their car around the
VICTORIA PARK precinct on four occasions, being seated within the
stationary vehicle as if to keep me under a continual observation whilst
I attended to my various domestic needs involving several EGRESS /
INGRESS actions. In finding such malevolent intentioned conduct to be
disturbing to my sensibilities as to subject me to anxiety and elevation
of my agitated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I then also had
made an APPLICATION for RECIPROCAL ORDERS which on 13 APRIL 2021 was
determined by telephone conference as similarly rejected.
iv) The point that I here make, is that the rejection was substantiated
upon a POINT OF LAW, which then has no adverse finding against the
actual nature of MENS REA / ACTUS REUS which is properly framed by the
earlier events as evidence of vexatious allegations involving "FALSE
PROXIMITY AND ACCOSTING SCENARIOS" being then mischievous claims of
"THREATENING CONDUCT" upon #14 - 28 MAY 2018 which was refuted by AUDIO
RECORDINGS and a FAILED ENTRAPMENT EVENT of 17 SEPTEMBER 2018 which had
transpired at a distance of 80 metres. Both events were attended to by
POLICE and they took no further action due to evidence to the contrary.
v) But most importantly, there is no mention within the grounds for
seeking orders as CASE NUMBER L10182359 of this significant NUMI / NUMEN
AUGUSTI [#38, #71, #14] context irrelevant to claims of INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY THEFT as factually our only direct interactive speech event:

that I'm of DUTCH heritage and the [INTERNATIONAL] KNIGHTS TEMPLAR which
was formed in 2015 are associated with the ORDER that [DUTCH EXPLORER]
DIRK HARTOG (of note the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT APOLOGY OF 25 OCTOBER 2012
is a JUXTAPOSITION against such DUTCH recorded discovery of 25 OCTOBER
1616) signed the PEWTER PLATE with. So if you want to talk about

vi) The legal culpability question upon PAPAL INFALLIBILITY which arises

as the retention of "ALL SPOILS FROM CONQUEST OF WAR" previously granted

Knights of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon (Knights Templar), in

COUNTY COURT APPEAL CASE NUMBER: AP-23-XXXX
1) Members of Melbourne’s legal profession gathered at St Patrick’s
Cathedral in East Melbourne on Monday 30 JANUARY 2023 for the annual RED
MASS to mark the official opening of the legal year. Its name derives
from the red vestments worn by the celebrants to signify the Holy Spirit
and therefore has a DAY OF PENTECOST manifest affiliation.
ARCHBISHOP PETER A COMENSOLI celebrated Mass for about 160 legal
representatives, including judges of the High, Federal Circuit and
Family courts of Australia and the Supreme, County and Magistrates’
courts of Victoria, as well as King’s Counsel and Senior Counsel,
solicitors and barristers from metropolitan and suburban legal firms,
and members of parliament and government departments, including
Australia’s ATTORNEY-GENERAL, the HONOURABLE MARK DREYFUS KC MP.
The RED MASS IS ARRANGED ANNUALLY BY MEMBERS OF THE MELBOURNE CATHOLIC
LAWYERS’ ASSOCIATION, WHICH WAS FORMED IN 2001. Chairman of the Red Mass
Committee, Mr TIM MCFARLANE said, ‘the RED MASS has become an important
focus for Catholic lawyers as it provides an opportunity to reflect upon
the year ahead and, just as importantly, also provides an opportunity to
spend time together with colleagues both in prayer and socialising.
2) This stands in contradistinction to ourselves having by email of 1642
/ 1710 HOURS ON 30 JULY 2022 served the following documents upon all
state (some addressing conflation as obstruction noted) based CATHOLIC
ARCHBISHOPS within the COMMONWEALTH the following documents with the

an email sent @ 1636 HOURS ON 29 JANUARY 2023 as occurring a day prior
to the observation of the VICTORIAN LEGAL FRATERNITIES annual RED MASS
upon Monday 30 JANUARY 2023 and the title of this email was "SUMMARY TO
OBSERVED BREACHES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BY PAPAL AUTHORITY RELATING
TO RENEWAL OF KNIGHTS TEMPLARS BY PAPAL BULL MISERICORDIAE VULTUS

And due to an identified #264 - *KEY* grounding as INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ARCHBISHOPS are herewith advised that you are not permitted, whether by

4) The enclosed TABLE OF APPENDICES DOCUMENTS are a progress update to
our INFORMAL INVESTIGATION as that which is associated to the IBAC
COMPLAINT as CASE-2022XXXXX formally having been lodged upon 17 JULY
2022 and relevant to continuing matters of investigation raised within
the initiating COMPLAINT proper as our BELIEF that the false
considerations of CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS BELIEF which are raised by an
APPLICATION FOR INTERVENTION AND PERSONAL SAFETY ORDER as CASE NUMBER
L10182359 as interim orders granted 6 FEBRUARY 2020 are made to advance
the CAUSE CÉLÈBRE / CAUSAE COMMUNI of IRISH REPUBLICAN ACTIVISM in
conjunction to the HIJACKING of the ANZAC 2018 CENTENNIAL.
5) Our rationale for the COUNTY COURT APPEAL CASE NUMBER: AP-23-XXXX
which were provided to the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS' (DPP)
enquiry on "HOW PROCEEDING IN APPEAL AGAINST CONVICTION AND SENTENCE" as
by a timely email response (3 minutes later) @ 1628 HOURS ON 23 MAY
2023, stated in ITEM #8:
That the MAL ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE within the COUNTY COURT APPEALS
PROCESS which then obstructed any possibility of an alleviation, or an
opportunity for a contested hearing against the grounds for the ORDERS
or a consideration on whether they were indeed valid given evidence of
unlawful activity, has been exasperated by a RESOLUTE FAILURE (ie. in
comparison the same neighbour was as a result of a domestic dispute with
their fiancé, placed on a CORRECTIONS ORDER and months later was
subjected to a police drug raid by a mere allegation made by the other
party and the last such raid occurring on 26 MAY 2023 whilst attending
by WEBEX a COUNTY COURT FILING HEARING) of the POLICE TO ACCEPT ANY
EVIDENCE that the GROUNDS FOR ORDERS were fabricated to facilitate
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT and the HIJACKING of the ANZAC CENTENNIAL
2018 in the advancement of a seditious and violent IRISH REPUBLICAN
ACTIVISM cause, has been made permanent a manifest of trauma, by the
regrettable and slanderous circumstance of a REMEMBRANCE DAY 11 NOVEMBER
2021 CONVICTION for an alleged BREACH as NUMBER CASE M11048888 before
the actual INTERIM ORDERS as CASE NUMBER L10182359 issued upon 6
FEBRUARY 2020 could be properly tested as an application established
upon grounds that were entirely FICTIONAL / DELUSIONAL / SLANDEROUS and
were subsequently withdrawn by POLICE PROSECUTIONS ON 14 JULY 2020.
i) Of particular concern, is that I was walking home from the
supermarket @ 1143 HOURS on 8 MAY 2022 and had observed the APPLICANT
within INTERIM ORDERS as CASE NUMBER L10182359 issued upon 6 FEBRUARY
2020, parking their vehicle at the WATER TOWER, VICTORIA PARK near the
ANGLICAN CHURCH in Cunninghame Street with the intention of keeping my
driveway under observation. Within minutes of my arriving home the
APPLICANT parked their vehicle in proximity to my driveway but a short
distance towards the park's lake area, seemingly with an intention to
effect an entrapment opportunity by cause of a "FALSE ALLEGATION OF
PROXIMITY AND ACCOSTING" scenario.
ii) Such is a reasonable conclusion given shortly thereafter at @ 1200
hours in driving my vehicle so as to report the matter to police, I did
a circuit of the garden precinct and noticed that the APPLICANT was
again parked within an irregular manner at the WATER TOWER and alighted
from their vehicle in observing the STATUE / MY DRIVEWAY area. This
necessitated my making an APPLICATION for RECIPROCAL ORDERS as CASE
NUMBER N10938554 which was determined on 17 MAY 2022 and rejected on the
grounds that such "STALKING AND ENTRAPMENT" opportunism might constitute
prohibited behaviour when an INTERVENTION AND PERSONAL SAFETY ORDER is
granted, but in and of itself is not the sufficient adverse behaviour
for the granting of ORDERS.
iii) That such MODUS OPERANDI action involving the #449 - SAINT
PATRICK'S DAY UNVEILING AS IMPOSITION OF AN IRISH REPUBLICAN CAUSE THAT
WAS UNRELATED TO ANY STATE / FEDERAL GOVERNMENT APOLOGIES might be more
properly characterised as being obsessive and fixation behaviour which
is substantiated by the earlier circumstance on SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER
2020, when I noticed the APPLICANT similarly moving their car around the
VICTORIA PARK precinct on four occasions, being seated within the
stationary vehicle as if to keep me under a continual observation whilst
I attended to my various domestic needs involving several EGRESS /
INGRESS actions. In finding such malevolent intentioned conduct to be
disturbing to my sensibilities as to subject me to anxiety and elevation
of my agitated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), I then also had
made an APPLICATION for RECIPROCAL ORDERS which on 13 APRIL 2021 was
determined by telephone conference as similarly rejected.
iv) The point that I here make, is that the rejection was substantiated
upon a POINT OF LAW, which then has no adverse finding against the
actual nature of MENS REA / ACTUS REUS which is properly framed by the
earlier events as evidence of vexatious allegations involving "FALSE
PROXIMITY AND ACCOSTING SCENARIOS" being then mischievous claims of
"THREATENING CONDUCT" upon #14 - 28 MAY 2018 which was refuted by AUDIO
RECORDINGS and a FAILED ENTRAPMENT EVENT of 17 SEPTEMBER 2018 which had
transpired at a distance of 80 metres. Both events were attended to by
POLICE and they took no further action due to evidence to the contrary.
v) But most importantly, there is no mention within the grounds for
seeking orders as CASE NUMBER L10182359 of this significant NUMI / NUMEN
AUGUSTI [#38, #71, #14] context irrelevant to claims of INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY THEFT as factually our only direct interactive speech event:

statues in their TEMPLE precinct. And the circumstance that we have is
that I'm of DUTCH heritage and the [INTERNATIONAL] KNIGHTS TEMPLAR which
was formed in 2015 are associated with the ORDER that [DUTCH EXPLORER]
DIRK HARTOG (of note the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT APOLOGY OF 25 OCTOBER 2012
is a JUXTAPOSITION against such DUTCH recorded discovery of 25 OCTOBER
1616) signed the PEWTER PLATE with. So if you want to talk about
erections [of commemorative merit] DIRK HARTOG signed it as AO and their
were *SEVEN* *PAPAL* *BULLS* associated with my INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

vi) The legal culpability question upon PAPAL INFALLIBILITY which arises
in relation to the KNIGHTS TEMPLAR which was reformed on 11 APRIL 2015
by a declaration of PAPAL BULL *MISERICORDIAE* *VULTUS* FOR INDICTION OF
THE EXTRAORDINARY JUBILEE OF MERCY (ie. from #355 - 8 DECEMBER 2015

*EXCELSO* dated 22 MARCH 1312 which effectively removed all PAPAL
SUPPORT for them and the REVOKING OF THE MANDATES given by previous
popes in the 12th and 13th centuries.
Specifically, whether the "REVOKING OF THE MANDATES" (ie. viam
provisionis et oridinacionis / the way of provision and ordination) such
as the retention of "ALL SPOILS FROM CONQUEST OF WAR" previously granted
by PAPAL BULL OMNE DATUM OPTIMUM (latin for "Every perfect gift") issued
by POPE INNOCENT II on 29 MARCH 1139 that endorsed the Order of the Poor
Knights of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon (Knights Templar), in

abolished, CLEMENT could not have issued those BULLS, which finally
determined the fates of the Templars and their wealth) as any specific

as retention of property by proclamation of the order's suppression, was
it then IPSO FACTO only by an implication of their formal dissolution or

That in the circumstance where the KNIGHTS TEMPLAR as renewed upon 11
APRIL 2015 are proven to have engaged within domestic terrorism such as

evidence of WAR CRIMES evinced by the KNIGHTS TEMPLAR as a ROMAN
