Oh they love to quote Bible verses and make long winded exegetic
proclamations but they seek their own glory.

Joh 7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his
that sent me.
Joh 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether
it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
Joh 7:18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that
seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is
in him.

Can you see that the ones who preach 'occasional' sin is acceptable seek
their own glory?

The come with a fanfare claiming to protect the faith but they actually come
to try and destroy it.

And for the most part they don't even know it.
