Ummmm I don't have to read the whole thread to see the TOTALLY useless
bickering going on here.... and Legally the child doesn't exist (under
cs concern) until birth...... which is to my understanding the topic of
this news group, not ethical, moral, or philosophical ponderings being
vomited from it's subscribers disgruntled minds (justifiably or not) to
thoroughly disrepute, and disband, any hope we have of making ANY
progression in making these laws fair, AND just, to BOTH custodial and
non custodial Parents.
In Summary: Stay Focused, On Track, And get something done.... bitch to
someone who can make a difference,,,, And keep doing it until it works..
If you can fix it... do it, try to do it. If you don't even try then
you have no right to bitch. (I am guilty of both of these offenses on
more than occasion) :)

Actually you raise a point Steven. A child does legally exist prior to
birth as a father of a child can and will be held responsible for pre-natal
and birthing costs in many states. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.............

As well as laws making it a crime killing the fetus if you are NOT the mother.
