Hi,
We are conducting a Chess Tournament in our Office. We cannot
make a TCP connection to the any ICS ( Internet Chess Server). I have
decided to run a Chess Server Locally so that people using Xboard can
connect to it.

I need links to where I can download good Internet Chess Software
Server.

chessd program at sf.net had problems compiling for me.

Any good pointers for me to look?

Thanks,
Senthil

You can use our servers for free.

But Our Server will only allow 30 Games for Free for each player. If
your tournament can be held Online so that No Player has to play more
than 30 games then you can Try our Servers for free.

If you want Chess Tournament between Human Players only.

You can Conduct the Games at: {30 Games free for each opponent.}
http://www.GetClub.com/Chat.html (for playing withHuman Opponents)

(Optional) http://www.GetClub.com/Chess.html (for playing Computer)

You need to keep records of all Players and Only Consider those Games
which were played via your Tounament.

Benefits for our Server
1. Each player can play 30 Games for Free.
(With Computer/ With Other Human Opponents)
2. You will get All the Games Recorded. All games will be recorded on
Computer along with Time taken for each move.

If you want to purchase more games

You may Purchase 1200 Games for US$ 100.00 only.

Purchase Link:
http://www.getclub.com/Secured/Purchase_Games.php?Game=100.00

And say if you have 50 Players Playing the tournament. We will add 24
extra games for each 50 Players. So you can extend free games from 30
to 54 by paying just $100.

And say if you have 25 Players Playing the tournament. We will add 48
extra games for each 25 Players. So you can extend free games from 30
to 78 by paying just $100.

He's asking for source code, not a place to play. If he
wanted to play on a real server, he would use FICS.
