blue cheese mould size

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what has to be the size of the mould ( for pressing
the cheese) ? does it has holes in it,
and what is the diameter for a recipe which makes 2 lbs of blue
cheese ?

Thanks in advance, so I can start shopping for tupper ware...
