Strange 'Activation' Messages?

Hi All

Starting my licq programm this morning, I found a lot of people from
my contact list sending me strange activating messages directing me to
licq.com telling me to confirm my ICQ account because I apparently have not
been useing it for a long time. Well last time I was online was about last
monday.

Does somebody know more about those messages?
