ICQ Chat saving

Hi,

When I have an ICQ Chat and when I quit it, I chose "Quit and Save Chat".
The ICQ Chat is saved in C:\PROGRAM FILES\ICQ\CHATS\"UIN".CHT . But the file
is "crypted".
How, with the interface of ICQ, can I read the saved ICQ Chat ?

I hope you'll answer, excuse-me for my horrible english, I'm 16 and french.
