Dear All,

I came across an ATX Power Supply today which had all the usual
connections (P1, Molex, Mini Molex/Berg) and also a connector labelled P7.
The connector is identical to a P8/P9 but has 3 orange wires and 3 black
wires going into it. Would someone be kind enough to put me out of my
misery and tell me what it's used for?

Regards,

DJKJ

The P7 has 6 wires- 3 black and 3 orange. All 3 blacks are ground, and
all 3 oranges are +3.3VDC and is used as an auxiliary power supply on some
Dell Dimension machines
