When are you thick-headed courtroom tyrants in the Buncombe County
Courthouse going to get this through your thick heads:

People who were there as court-watchers were run out of the courtroom
this past week. They were there because of the guarantees shown above.
There WILL be consequences for this lawlessness, and judges and
bailiffs who try to run people out of courtrooms which are not full,
or even half full, will be served with summonses.
Whoever has to do with this violation of North Carolina Constitutional
rights will be held to account, and that includes the sheriff.

Which court room was this ? I am a court watcher and when the clerk
or baliff tells everybody to leave except for the plantiff's and
defendent's I stay cause they don't know the difference. I have done
this many times and never been caught.
