VZW Rebates

Here is the list of requirments for VZW Rebates through Young America.

Customer must select an eligible digital price plan of $35.00 or higher
for the service promotion

Customer must sign either a 1 or 2 year Customer Agreement (CA) with
Verizon Wireless

One rebate form per mobile number
Taxes apply, customer is responsible for taxes on equipment cost (taxes
are not rebated)

Rebates valid for both 1 and 2 year contracts

Mobile number must be active for 30 days prior to release of rebate
check

All rebate redemptions require the following:
Original or copy of the rebate form
Original or copy of the sales receipt/packing slip
Original UPC
Individual rebate form per piece of equipment

Allow 10-12 weeks for processing of the rebate

All Rebate status information can be obtained by:

Calling the Young America customer service number at 1- 888-826-4932

Or

Checking on the internet at www.verizonwirelessrebates.com

Please notice you are only eligable for the rebate after your account
has been active for 30 full days.. AND then to allow 10-12 WEEKS after
that for PROCESSING of the rebate..So basically your looking at over 3
months to receive your rebate.

where can you get rebate forms, i just bought a phone 10 days ago and see
that they have a rebate for it now. No one at the store gave me a rebate
form for the 4400.

Keep copies of everything including your UPC code, as some people have
reported problems getting Young America to fulfill the rebates. I know
they're not supposed to accept copies, but...

Try going back to the store and asking for one, or try a radioshack, or
anywere they sell verizon wireless phones.

To be more specific, in the west, rebates are only eligible with
two-year agreements unless the service was puchased from the website.

it sucks a phone i bought 11 days ago is now eligible for a 50 rebate and
now i can not get it because, i didnt wait for the sale.... just my luck. my
father sells trucks and he says they come out with rebates in the middle of
the afternoon and that people lose out of 1000 bucks beacuse they bought it
a day earlier... i could use that 50.

I know several companies (Radio Shack, Tire Kingdom) who make good on the
purchase if the price is reduced during the 30 days immediately after your
purchase. It's good PR. Ask about it where you made your purchase.

You can still get it. Go back to the store you got it from.

unfortunately i bought mine at a verizon wireless store. And they said no
go. I wish i had a form, i would just send in my upc and reciept and see if
young america gives it to me. i wonder if they check with verizons computer,
i doubt it.

nevermind finally got mine after i called the local store and got a tech to
ttalk to the manager. they gave me 50 towards my account because on the web
site it does not give any dates in which the 4400 has a 50 dollar rebate...
so now i have to wait 30 days and see if there is a credit.

It doesnt hurt to try. But your reciept hs t show the date of purchase, and
it must fall within the purchase period for the rebate.. If your just 11
days, Hell I say Take everthing back, cxl the account, then turn right
around and re-activate a new account to get it.. Remember 14 day return
policy.. mabey bring that up in the store.

You know I researched that, and you are correct.. In the West area
Rebates are for 2 yr contracts only.. but in the south area it's 1 or 2
yrs
