Is anyone else getting duplicate text messages and/or alerts? I get
between 3-5 of many messages that are sent to me. I'm getting really
tired of having to report this to Verizon. Why can't they get their
system to work? Geez! Verizon's coverage is way better than Cingular's,
but I had Cingular's service for 1-1/2 years, I've had Verizon's for 2
months. I've already made WAY more calls to Verizon's customer service
than I ever needed to with Cingular.

I'm tired of hearing how my problem will become their problem with the
first call. I'm tired of having to make all those "first calls"! I just
want the sh*t to WORK! There isn't even a way of them verifying to me,
the customer, what I am being billed for when I have charges for text
messages/alerts (over the alloted amount). For all I know they could be
picking numbers at random. Come on guys, even Cingular had a detailed
bill!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Give a man a beer, he'll drink for 5 minutes.
Teach him where the beer is, he'll drink for a lifetime and get it his
own damn self.

What kind of phone do you use? The Audiovox CDM135 and CDM8100 have a
problem creating duplicate messages and loading up the memory. A
software update fixes this.
