Jerzee,

Generally, Off-Peak is anything that isn't part of Peak hours. However,
as a holdover from their previous owners' billing systems, Verizon was
calling weekday Nighttime hours as Off-Peak.

My billing was reported as Peak, Off-Peak and Weekend. Now the only
place that shows Off-peak hours is at #MIN and at vzserve, however now
my Night & Weekend minutes are reported correctly, and Off-Peak shows
zero.

It's part of the little transition headaches that are slowly being
addressed.

in my market, my minutes are broken down into 5 categories i guess. you
have your peak, off-peak, nights, weekends, and mobile to mobile. from what
i can gather from observing how my minutes are shown on vzserve and #MIN, my
minutes that have shown up in off-peak have generally been those on
holidays. for example my minutes that i used on Christmas, Thanksgiving,
and New Years all showed up as off-peak. i hope that may answer your
question.
