Posting by users will be deleted when google cleans up inactive accounts

Hi,
google is cleaning up inactive accounts. Whether postings to newsgroups and uploaded video on youtube by such users will be also deleted with deletion of their account, or they are archived ( URL's of postings will work to fetch the content of postings)?
