Sometimes, VZW's Wi-Fi calling doesn't work in my iPhone 12 mini with my working cable's Internet connection's strong wifi (maximum strengths right next to the wifi router).

It mostly works, but sometimes it doesn't like earlier tonight. I tried rebooting iPhone, disabling and enabling wifi, airplane, iOS v16.4.1's settings' cellular's wi-fi calling, etc.

Does anyone know why? I assume it doesn't need cellular to be connected since here sucks for cellular signals (none, SOS, or just one bar).
