There is not enough information in your post to help you.
What is the make/model of your phone?
Does the phone have a memory card installed?
Do you have a plan that allows you to transfer photos to/from your phone?
What digital camera do you have, how big are the photos you take with the
camera, and
what format does the camera store it's photos in?
All of the above are essential information in order to give you an answer.

Why does what you pay Verizon have to do with the phone's design features.
THAT SUCKS!
Welome to the club. You now understand how Verizon 'cripples' your
phone. If I could I would use another carrier. There are great
things in the planning for WiFi and then we won't need Verizon at
all. The Revolution will not be Televised.

Not all carriers allow free transfers of photos to the phone.
And Alltell sucks in both coverage and customer service.
