My online account shows a balance due but when I try to view the invoice I get this message instead of the billing details:  "Service temporarily unavailable".  Does this happen often ... are bills normally available?

Yes, they are available. As a new customer, it normally takes some time, up
to a month, before you can get full access.

Until it does show up, you can call *2 to get the details on your account.

*4 is the automated quick account check service which they now let you use
without counting airtime minutes.
