You can change your tariff at any time, and the cheapest tariff on Orange is
the data tariff at only £10 per month. You'll have to pay up until you've
paid them a total of 12 months line rental, so if you're into your contract
for 5 months now, you owe them another 7 months line rental. However, did
you originally purchase your phone on a higher price plan and get the phone
at a discounted price because of it? If so, read through the terms and
conditions of the dealer you purchased it from as they may surcharge you if
you change your tariff within 4 months of connection.

Yeah, it costs about £15/month for each remaining month on your contract.
